Yoga stretches

Generally while doing exercise the body might get strained. This is because the muscles are targeted more during exercise. In such case the muscles need to relax back to normal finally after completion of all exercises. If this is not done, the pain in muscles will remain the whole day. To avoid this few yoga asanas like santhi asana are done. Alternatively yoga stretches can be used to reduce the sprain in muscle. Doing these stretches removes stiffness on the muscle and makes it normal. People who practice yoga in beach normally practise these stretches as a part of their exercise. A fast walk in the beach for ten minutes daily with combination of these yoga stretches gives better results.
Yoga stretches can also be used at the beginning of the yoga. Doing these stretches before other yoga improves flexibility to do other yoga easily. This warms up the body to withstand more stretches which will happen due to other yogas. These yoga stretches are strongly recommended in yoga classes and other sources of yoga. In normal exercises warm up exercises like sit-ups are used as a replacement for yoga stretches. Practising these stretches alone twice a day(in morning and evening) will provide useful results.
