I have done some hearing the bad stories related to reverse mortgage pros and cons and the circumstance is that every body seems to chat about the product quite contritely, I cannot help but speculate about whether this is down to of the maturity of the people involved. Whilst the more suspect refinancing loan corporations have been swept under the moroccan rug and dismissed as a drossy cause of concern, reverse mortgage information are now regulated fully by the FS Authority but continuously holds loads of stigma about it.

The distinguishing attributes of the two? One is aimed at every one and the other is targeted toward over 55’s. It is this age-specific aiming that, I propound, has created the fuss. Targeting the plus 55s has the same coloring of vulnerability that arises with promoting unhealthy foods to kids.

What agitates myself is that in every other business or situation, mature people are considered the most sage people here; the sage owls that many seek counsel and guidance from. So for what excuse, when it comes to anything internet or any type of financial offering, do we treat the over 55’s with children’s mitts? Stepping in like a valiant soldier to save them from their own selves. Do we suggest for one second that they’re blindly falling for a reverse mortgage like mice? No I thought not.
